Company Overview
The very first seeds of Meigle were sewn in the UAE as early as 1998 when United International Group (UIG) began recruiting, and sourcing, large numbers of employees to assist in the growth of the GCC. 2014 saw the further expansion of UIG, as it purchased a company who operated in the provision of domestic staff, and this allowed them to enter a new larger employee recruitment spectrum. Focusing on health care, hospitality, retail services, construction and many more. One of our founders, Seif Hussein, is the son of the founder of UIG, and he has actively worked with his family for many years, so has a really excellent grounding in the sector.
The creation of Meigle, on the Isle of Man, brings Seif together with our other three founders – Pauline Cain, Ray Hogan and John Hewitt – and together they intend to develop Meigle in to the number one source of recruitment for the island in all sectors, in the same successful fashion as UIG have been doing in the GCC for many years. Meigle aim to provide recruitment services in three different ways:
- Permanent recruitment to fill an existing vacant role, as well as supporting growth of a business
- Colleagues to undertake specific projects, or fixed term contracts
- Colleagues to fill temporary gaps for our clients, such as a chef to provide holiday/sickness cover
